Ireland’s most popular wedding website, WeddingsOnline.ie, announced today that online voting is officially open for the 2013 WeddingsOnline.ie Awards. The WeddingsOnline.ie Awards reward Irish wedding industry professionals for outstanding excellence in their chosen field. 2013 marks the fourth year of the event that has quickly become a permanent fixture in the diaries of wedding industry professionals and brides and grooms alike.
Brides, grooms, wedding guests and even mothers-in-law are invited to vote online for a supplier that they think does a particularly fantastic job of making a couple’s special day just that. There are 34 categories in the Awards in including Best Wedding Industry Newcomer, Bridal Shop of the Year and Best Wedding Supplier Website, which are open to all to vote in, and the coveted Wedding Coordinator of the Year, Overall Venue of the Year and Overall Supplier of the Year, which will both be chosen by the official judges.
Nominations in the influential awards continue to be a great boost to small businesses, venues and individuals in the Irish wedding industry. “We are delighted the WeddingsOnline.ie Awards are so highly regarded by businesses in the wedding industry,” said Peter Bryans, CEO of WeddingsOnline.ie, “many of the nominees and winners have told us that they’ve seen a significant increase in wedding inquiries and bookings as a result, which is brilliant to hear.”
Speaking after taking the prize for Wedding Castle Venue of the Year for the second time running in 2012, Joreon Quint, general manager of Solis Lough Eske, said “We are very pleased and honoured to again have been selected as one of the winners of the WeddingsOnline.ie Awards. The WeddingsOnline.ie Awards 2013 will take place on February 18th in the stylish settings of Clontarf Castle, Dublin.
