Style
We shoot in a discreet, reportage style. We won't ask you to pose and we won't blind you with lights. Event Video aim to capture the atmosphere of the day so we tend to concentrate on observing people's natural enjoyment of the celebration. Our shooting style is inspired by reportage photography and filmmaking. Our editing style is contemporary. We like to be innovative yet elegant, what we don't make are 'corny' wedding videos.
  
Options
We offer two main options that can be adapted to our clients' tastes. We can begin coverage at the bride's home or at the church, and we can continue filming as late as midnight. Both options offer designed DVDs that can include the wedding film with chapter points, personalised menus and also a slideshow of up to 50 photographs. DVDs allow us to create a finished product that we know people can enjoy rewatching with complete ease, so we put time into designing them! We offer 5 copies of the video on DVD/VHS as part of our package - we don't charge extra. Visit us at our website to order a copy of our showreel or to view samples online.
  
Background & Equipment
We understand the technology of digital video and know how to shoot to its strength as a format. Our training is in multimedia (M.Sc. in multimedia systems), where we specialised in digital technologies, specifically audio visual recording and editing. We use Canon (XL1S) digital video cameras with Tiffen 'Film Look' filters. Our new equipment for this season includes a wireless microphone system and small on-camera lights for very low light conditions.
