That's good you had a chat, I really hope he listens.

As to why he is like this - I have had experience with someone (close friend) whos mood changed suddenly and they suffered from headaches for sometime, they were diagnosed with depression. It may explain a lot, best for his to go to a doctor and have a chat.

You had said before he has a stressful job and maybe this is affecting him.

ok so tell me i should not be freaked out by this!! but i arrived to work this morning and on my desk were these books

"Its all your fault - 12 Tips for managing People Who Blame Others for Everything"
and
"Dealing with Difficult People"

should i be totally freaked that someone on here recognised me???? and left these on my desk?
if it was someone on here then thanks x
