SSF would you consider contacting your local health centre and enquire about availing of the services of a social worker? I know when I was younger we had a social worker come to our house a few times to essentially act as a mediator and try to help prevent problems from developing further. This may not require the permission of her mother as it is about open discussions with you as a family unit etc. For you I hope the counselling will help, even if it is just to know that what you are saying is being listened to. I hope everything works out :xox
