Top rides in Orlando!

Just looking at all the different theme parks in Orlando!Just wondering if anyone could recommend their top rides for universal,islands of adventure and Disney.Just we want to plan our days well as we only have a short stay!

Universal = The Simpsons Ride, The Mummy. Ripit/Rideit/Rockit wasn't open when we were there and I really think the other rides are rubbish (IMO!)

Islands of Adventure = The Hulk, Spiderman, Dueling Dragons are the best IMO.

Disney = Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Expedition Everest, Dinosaur, Mission Space, Testtrack, Soarin' are the standouts I think.

If you are going in summer and want to maximise your time in Universal you could get the fastpass yoke for about $28 - 45 (depending on the day). We did that in July one year and did every single ride in Universal and Islands of Adventure in one (very long) day.

Last there in Nov 2010. Just looked at the Universal website and it looks like they have got rid of that fastpass thing and created a more expensive version called front of the line pass. It's really steep though by comparison to before.

I like all the Disney parks - they are very different. How many days can you give to Disney??

Harry Potter and the Forbidden journey in Islands of Adventure is fantastic!!

Also loved the Hulk ride in IOA.

Didn't do Disney at all.

Not sure where you're staying but if you stay in any of the Universal Hotels(Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Pacific Resort or there's a 3rd one I can't remember the name of) your room key acts as a front of line pass. We stayed in Hard Rock Hotel and it was so handy!!

Unless you're arachnophobic!!!! :ooh Think I had my eyes closed for most of the ride.

Also forgot about Rock and Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror in Disney Hollywood Studios. Excellent rides.

No tickets bought yet but I have heard they cost around 100euro for the fast pass.We might buy our park tickets here before we go as I heard its more reasonable.We will probably pay that as we only have 3 days in Orlando.We are staying near Seaworld in the Renaissance hotel.Kinda sorry as we wont be going to seaworld as we have no time.We plan to do a day in islands of adventure and a day in universal and I think we will go to Disney but need to see how much of it or which is best Disney park.Think the movie part or Epcot will suit us best!OH God how will I fit in any shopping!!!!

If you want rollarcoasters go to Busch Gardens in Tampa - it's about 90 mins away...been to Florida 8 times (last time four years ago to be fair though!), let me know if you need any info!!

have priced island of adventure and universal got it priced for 5days come and go as we want, for 240 total, so 120 each with tour america, we were told couldnt buy fast pass untill we get there :-8 :-8 also told to buy disney over there, got told this by tour america help desk, dont know of any where else to price?

Hi Gingerpower.I called in one day ages ago to the tour america office in Cork and they quoted me the same as you!That seems ok to me.Think its about 90 dollars for a day in Disney.Time is flying and am stsrting to look forward to it now!How long are you going for,where are you staying?

Day 3 bloods Dec 2011- ok
Day 21 bloods Dec 2011 - ok
Pelvic ultrasound - March 2012 - have a small cyst on both left and right
ovary - both are very small!!
Another ultrasound booked for July 31st??

The rollercoaster Manta in Seaworld is brilliant and I would definitely recommend a day in Busch Gardens.
