This isn't for our honeymoon but DH has been wanting to go here for years. He is facinated by the place. Has anyone been to Oregon/Portland? We were thinking of going next year (July 13). Maybe go to California and then go there for a day or two.. Or can you recommend any travel agents that would be good for quotes?

TTC Since Sept 2010
Dh S.A Jan 2012 - all ok
Day 3 bloods Dec 2011- ok
Day 21 bloods Dec 2011 - ok
Pelvic ultrasound - March 2012 - have a small cyst on both left and right
ovary - both are very small!!
Another ultrasound booked for July 31st??

I lived in Oregon about 10 years ago for a few months- lovely place. Portland can get very hot in the summer as it's in a river basin but is a nice quirky town for a day or two- not much to do beyond that. If you can get out to the Oregon coast, it's 90 min drive from Portland, it's fabulous! It can be a lot colder there but good spots to go are Cannon Beach, Seaside and Astoria's a nice town to roam around in. I lived in Gearhart which is a tiny town just outside of Seaside, miles and miles of beaches and a nice view of Tilamook Head which is the mountain behind Seaside.

Bend is in Central Oregon and a nice town to visit, not sure about what activities are there. Crater Lake is stunning.
Easy to drive down to California if you take your time.
