2013 Honemoons

Where's everyone heading for their honeymoon in 2013? I'm a bit un-decided about where to go......i think it will be either Italy or Thailand.........just cant decide O:o)

I'm curious to see where everyone else will be heading!

Loving the thought of booking our honey moon this summer. Thinking west coast of USA maybe three weeks some driving, islands and shopping. cant wait to get more details on it though and the dreaded price of course!!

Me too, cant wait until its booked. Myself and H2B actually done a guided tour of west coast USA last summer and actually got engaged in Vegas! We booked ours with Tour America. It was a holiday of a lifetime and i loved every min of it. Would love to do it again for our honeymoon but it was expensive so there's no way we could afford it again with the wedding as-well. Cannot recommend it enough! :compress

We are hoping to do 5 weeks between Oz and NZ in June 2013. We can book it this July so looking into itinerary and prices at mo. Anyone else been or thinking of going??

We're going on our honeymooon in January 2013 and are hoping for either the Maldives or Antiqua. Its been hard getting a travel agent to deal with, don't really want to book it on line when its such a big holiday and going to cost alot more than the usual trip to Spain. Any recommendations? its so much easier to talk to people than dealing with emails. Been onto Tropical Sky twice and Travelmood, no reply at all from Tropical Sky and although I sent a detailed email to Travelmood setting out exactly what we wanted, budget, price, dates, places etc they came back with what looked like an automated reply on a place I'd never mentioned in my list and 2 grand over our budget!

Oh they all sound fab. We are thinking Cancun and New York....First wanted Hawaii but cost a fortune!! But we were thinking of waiting until August to go, getting married in April. Oh decisions, would love to go to Caribean too.

Has anyone been to Cancun??

Blue16 What was Antiqua like and where did you stay? I'm gone bananas from looking up honeymoons and reading reviews which can be totally different! Does anyone have a website they could recommend to me (other than Travelmood, Tropical Sky, Lee Travel Cork) or even better a travel company I can phone up and deal with on the phone? I've emailed a few with my exact the details like date, budget, location etc and I keep getting replies that are totally off the wall and several grand over budget! as well as being for countries we didn't put on our list! So clearly they're not even reading my specifications and I'm sooo tired of it.

I would highly recommend Travel councelors, booked our trip to the West Coast of America with them last year and they were so nice to deal with. Getting married next April but haven't a clue where to go on honeymoon. Thinking of maybe going to Spain for a few days after the wedding and then going on honeymoon in July maybe. Just dont want to waste all my holidays at the start of the year. No idea where to go yet. Open to suggestions!
