Hey there!
I'm looking up videographers at the moment. I'm really liking the look of Complete Weddings, but the package I want seems to be coming in at about €1600 (including a 4 minute edit of the day to be shown after the recpetion!). Is this average for a videographer? Does anyone know what I should be paying rougly? Or can anybody recommend a good videographer around the Mayo area roughly?

hi there

im going with complete weddings too - just loved their videos. again they are very expensive compared to others but i think it will be worth it. fingers crossed anyway :)

a couple that i was recommended were avalon videos and pan videos. they are around the connaught area. i just felt there was no comparison to complete wedding videos.

Hey Deedee1983,
Contacted complete weddings 1983, and they arentfree on the day. well they said Niall wasnt free, so I presume there is only one videographer. So disappointed now that I know I def cant have them! Akways they way.

thats a pity :( sorry to hear he isnt free

it might be worth ringing them up again. there was a second guy that used to work with niall but he has left and set up on his own. i seen it somewhere in a thread on here but i cant remember the name. im sure he is just as good as niall and perhaps maybe a bit cheaper. they might give you his name seeing as niall isnt free for your wedding anyway.

also try smart videos (some great videos online) - there are a lot of good cinematic videographers out there

I would consider €1600 to be at the expensive end of the videographer scale.

We used Crystal Clear Video for our wedding. Was very happy with them. Great DVD. Reasonably priced.
