Videographer - Crazy last-minute request

Hello Vendors & Suppliers!
This is my first ever post on this part of the forum, and it is a loooooong shot.
I'm getting married on the 18th of May (yep, two weeks from tomorrow
)
I have just found out that my OH's grandmother is too ill to travel to Ireland for the wedding. His grandfather will stay home to mind her, so neither of OH's grandparents (to whom he is very close) will be there on the day.
We hadn't planned on having a video (due to a horrendously tight budget), but now that his grandparents can't come, I'm wondering if it would be possible to have just the ceremony filmed so that we can share it with them when we visit them in a few weeks.
Would anyone have a bit of time on Friday the 18th? It would literally just be capturing the ceremony, no preparations or anything else.
I could afford about €300 (I want to do this as a surprise for OH).
Am I crazy thinking this is doable in a fortnight and for that price?
Thanks so much in advance of any replies, and I realise this is total madness
