Kinnity Castle - Is it just me??

Trying to decide on location of our wedding next December. Have a couple of places on a short list and one of them was Kinnity Castle on recommendation of a friend. Have rang them about 6 or 7 times now to speak to wedding co-ordinator but no luck. I've left two messages and still no call back !! That was two weeks ago today !!! If this is the service I'm getting on enquiry what would it be like coming up to the big day?? Anybody else have any problems or was it just me????

Had a similar problem with a completely different hotel and I was of the same opinion. If the service levels were poor at the very start imagine having to deal with them two or three days before the wedding when your nerves are starting to fray.

i have to say i'm very surprised to hear this! :? we're getting married in Kinnitty next year & we found the staff very helpful & always answered emails/call & it was harder for us as we are in States & had to juggle with time-zones
