Another one for September 14th! I've church, priest, venue, band, flowers and dress sorted too! Working on cake and stationery ideas at the moment and busy watching the weather this weekend!

Just saw on fb that Eden manor bridal in wexford will be having a huge sale the last Saturday of this month if that's any good to anyone.
We are doing the scrolls and invites ourselves with the help of friends and family so just have to pick a design or a caricature(younger sisters boyf will do that).

I'm the 6th of September too!!! Made it feel very real
last week it's within the year mark! Have the church, venue, photographer and dress sorted so all the big things done.

Aw i'm delighted there are a few of us all getting married within 2 weeks of each other. At least if one of us starts stressing out there should be someone who understands and tells us to cop on :yelrotflmaosmilie:

Hi Everybody,

I'm getting married 28th Sept 2013 too!! So exciting :heartbeat:

I have my first dress shopping trip this Saturday, thought I was going way too early but glad to see some of you already have your dresses so I'm not jumping the gun!

I have church, venue, car, music for church and reception, cake and suits booked...its all so much fun. I found the fair in the RDS really helpful but I only had the venue booked before I went there. Not sure if I'll go to the Citywest one...

Also have church singer and cars organised. Thankfully cars will be free as fsil partner has vintage cars!

Have only been to one place for dresses and cant stop thinking about the first one i tried its a cymbeline one cant remember the name but it has a scoop back. Loved it on n sooo comfy.
Hopefully gonna meet priest in the next wk or two and book pre marriage course wanna get that over with.

When do u think you'll start dress shopping chilis?

well i started my dress shopping today, i was in no form for it this morning as im trying to get over a head cold and was fed up that i had to get it the one week i have dress appointments, but once i got to the shop and started trying on dress my form picked up as i feel in love with the first dress i tried on and even after tryin on about 9 others after it i still went back to the first one :compress

I have two more appointments on thursday and part of me is almost hoping i don't spot one i love as much cos i would hate to ended up torn between dresses :eek

Lol so both love your first try ons!! Hoping to go Thursday. It's hard to tie down people lately.

I love blue but torn between a green as well. Just love the look of the dress, also as I have 2 bm under 18 I don't want something to old looking for them!

Don't know how I will manage to wait a year, so excited now!

Am 7th Sept next year too! Still cant believe its less than a year away! Have venue, band, church organised and started my dress shopping last week! Felt soo real when i looked in the mirror in the dress - let the excitement begin !! :o)ll

I only got engaged a few weeks ago so all I have done is the venue and the church. Have the capacity to go into planning overdrive though as I enjoy it...

Congrats on your engagement flare. I went into planning overdrive too back in Jan and booked alot n then took a break till about now. It's alot of fun alright. Good luck with the rest of your planning. What's next on your list?
