Shipping time for dressingpod

Hi all,
I have a query for all of you who have used dressingpod in the past.
I got an email from them last week to say my dress had been shipped and they gave me a tracking number, and said it would be delivered in 5-10 days. Now 14 days later and I still have nothing, the trackign number shows that dress has left Beijing but nothing after that, Im worried and I dont know what to do.
I have emailed dressingpod but no reply as of yet.
Has this ever happened anyone else before, or did your dresses take longer than 10 days to be delivered after being shipped???

My dress arrived in about 3 weeks from them!
