Where do we get wine at low cost?

:o)ll Hey guys, we are looking for wine suppliers in the connaught area. We have 260 wedding guests. Does anyone know what is a good deal per bottle or the average price please? Finding tgih a bit of a nightmare :o(

can you make a trip up over the border? I'm lucky in that I'm only an hour down the M1 from Newry so we're planning on going there. If it's a long trip for one day, perhaps go up for a nice night away and do it on your way back?

Lidl.. They have a french red (Bordeaux Gereneriques ?) which is in and around €4 per bottle and is perfectly nice and drinkable. If you want something a bit nicer, they have a 2007/2008 medoc for €6 which is actually really nice!

ALDI! They have a red wine that is in stock at the moment and is said to be one of the best in the WORLD! :eek
I want to go in and grab a few before they go haha! The wine is called Toro Loco and is Spanish!
Its only about 4 euro!!!!! O:o)
