has anyone been to a wedding or had there wedding in the clarion hotel cork and how did they like it?

Hiya, so I'll start by saying that I haven't been to a wedding there, however I have been to dinner dances there.

What I found is that the pre-drinks, food & service were all great. But, that fact that the bar is located outside the function room, everyone congregated out there. The dance floor was then empty, and the area outside where the bar is was packed. If you're thinking about having your reception there I would ask them not to open that bar, and ensure that there is a bar inside the function room.
