Just picked up this book - anyone read it yet? Any good? Heard it mentioned in a few top 10 books at the mo

I am now 100 pages in and none the wiser as to what is going on. Not a great book. The voice in my head that is narrating it now sounds like someone on Home & Away. Its Greek-Australian characters are getting a bit annoying.

I thought it was ok. Didn't hate it, didn't love it. With the Oz/Greek names it had me a bit confused!

Ya I read the book a few months ago, thought it would be better, didn't really like the characters in the book. But for anyone that is interested I just saw a couple of days ago there is a series starting on it on bbc I think. Melissa George is in it!

Hated it. If it's a true reflection of society these days then I don't want to be a part of it.

I read it - didn't really enjoy it. The TV series of it is starting on BBC4 tomorrow night at 10pm so I have it series linked to see if I'll be any the wiser for watching it!
