I just bought the book on Play.com tonight! I've been cutting right back on pasta, rice, potatoes & my favourite egg noddles the last few months so Im hoping I'll adjust quick. TBH, I feel I have much more energy since I cut back on carb dinners and lunches. I rarely eat bread or sanwiches now and I can manage just a meat & big load of veg at night.. So definitely I dont think its a fad diet, I honestly think low carb is the way to go for a lot of people..

Fingers crossed, I need to push past my plateau that I hit about 4 weeks ago! O:|

i got the book too im starting on monday,iv read about the first 2 phase's i think the attack will be the most challenging i was going to do it for 10days but on the web site i did the true weight thing and it said 4 days would be enough,i still think i will try and do it for a bit longer, the book mentioned the longer you are on the attack phase the better loss you get
good luck and keep us posted :wv

Right today is my first full day (got book yesterday and just had some lean ham for dinner last night). Ive had my yoghurt and oat bran for breakfast (had great intentions to make scrambled eggs but am dying with a cold and couldnt face it) and brought in a roast chicken breast (without skin) to have for my lunch. i read diet drinks are ok so think i will go buy some diet coke to satisfy any sweeet cravings i may get.
