Have soup for some meals and as the other girls said track what you're eating!

I find drinking the water impossible. If I have 2 glasses a day that would be the outside of it. On the days I go to the gym, I drink more.

I cut out potatoes and opted for Sweet potato instead
Started to eat my dinner during the day (leftover from the previous night) and have something light in the evenings.
I start work at 8am so normally bring brekkie with me (porridge or weetabix)

Hopefully will see some changes soon!!!!!

I do WW - but in addition the big things I found that work are:

eating smaller amounts more often - So i eat 6 times a day (small meals - so for example in between breakfast and lunch I have a handful of grapes)

eating something small in the morning breaks the fast and kick starts your system - i never ate breakfast - but now i try eat a small piece of fruit before I go to work

smaller plate - its a mental thing with me - when the plate is empty I am full regardless f size :)

water, green tea, pur-erh tea, fizzy water, flavored water - just keep hydrated

eating some protein with all meals

mix things up - so have different fruit in your bowl each week - try a new recipe each week

don't deprive yourself - if there is something you like eat it - but maybe a smaller portion - if you are too strict on yourself you will give up easier

add an extra 30min+ exercise a week

no eating after 7pm

bring fruit & water in handbag when out & about to avoid grabbing a packet of crisps, mineral & bar

I need to start eating smaller meals more often as I am eating 3 large meals & binging in the evenings

dont keep junk in the house

water water water

Now if i would just follow my tips myself

Just a question, does no added sugar squash added to water qualify as water?? i find it very hard to drink pure water

all of the above, 100% :o)ll I would also add on to this, instead of having starchy carbs (bread/potatoes/pasta/rice etc.) in the evening, have a large green salad dressed with balsamic vinegar & pumpkin seed oil. the monounsaturated fats in the oil keep your metabolism fired up (& are great for your skin, & your heart)! eat it with vegetables & a protein (roast chicken (without the skin), oily fish) & you will not be hungry! [i never am anyway, & i wouldn't have the smallest appetite]

Oh & almost forgot! Spirulina tablets! you need to take a lot of them every day (6 tabs 3 times per day) but they are worth it (i would go through taking them in phases). they do suppress your appetite a bit but are full of nutrients.

I would also snack on a handful of nuts during the day if i needed to (the raw variety, not salted/roasted).

all of the above with regular cardio & resistance training (obviously!)

Hi backforgood! I find it hard to drink laods of water too, unless its after exercise, so I drink bucketloads of squash - always pick the no added sugar one and check the back for the calories i guess. :o)ll

What i think is a good tip is planning what you're going to eat the day before. If i plan what i'm having for breakfast & lunch and bring it to work with me, including fruit / small bag of popcorn for snacking. Then i'm not as tempted to to eat something i'll regret!

Hi dear,
Here are some good tips for weight loss.
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil.
