Didn't use all my points today - I still know I could've made better choices though.
I'm eating too many 'fat free' yoghurts.

I weigh 4lbs less this evening than I did Monday afternoon.

Is it morning or evening time when you're a bit heavier?

Hey Ladies, just wondering if I can join you all also. I'm also in the Christmas motivation thread but you can never have enough motivation. I'm currently at 16st and would love to lose at least 2stone by my wedding in 9 mths. You would think doable but considering I've been trying since we got engaged in Jan and have only managed to put on half a stone >:o( O:| I'm not holding out much hope.

Coming off the pill today (I've decided) so I'm hoping that might help a little, my mum also wants me to get my thyroid checked. But I also need to up my exercise big time and track my food. WI is tonight so I'll start posting here tomorrow.

How do you guys work, do you post up what you have eaten and done etc and then your weight loss.

Welcome - and good luck.

I lost 2 1/2 stone in about 10 weeks. I put on half a stone since though.
I have found, after many false diet starts, that weight loss is down to diet only.
Exercise is obviously required for toning but no matter how much exercise I've done in the past, if I didn't reduce my calorie intake, I didn't lose weight.
I was about 17 stone, 5 lbs in late June. This evening, I'm 15s, 2 1/2lbs.

Because of the weight you currently are, if you make a genuine effort, you should see results quickly. It's maintaining the weight decrease that's difficult!

Today, I've eaten fruit, tea, latte, soup in a cafe, which was probably full of cream - no idea, and then just had plain steak when I got home from work.

I've only gone back to it since I had my baby its great Fi. I'm very big but can still manage it.

I'd disagree though I think no matter how carefully I watch what I eat (penguins excluded) its only when I exercise I see a weightloss.

Well - how is everyone getting on?

I am down 7lbs in a week! Delighted.
I don't expect to lose anymore until the new year as xmas party season is starting this week and I intend to enjoy it!
If I can maintain my current weight until the new year, I'll be happy.

Hello ladies
I was 216 lbs when I started, then lost 2 lbs and then 2 wkends ago I weighted 216 lbs O:| (may have had something to do with 2/3 bottle of vodka and takeaway I had)
But since that I have been off the drink and eating healthy and exercising so I weighed myself again there yesterday but I am still only at 214... I can see a difference though in my body shape so i think that me not seeing the difference in the scales may be due to my body building muscle. I am running on the threadmills like nobodys business :eek
Lets hope I see a big drop soon :)
