My low carb diet starts tomorrow - anyone wanna join me?

This is it. I'm starting tomorrow for the LAST time. 8 months to the wedding. The dress is ordered. Now I must get into shape. After trying weight watchers, nutron diet, unislim etc over the years with not much success, I'm going to try the low carb route. I have PCOS so I'm thinking this will work for me.
My trouble is planning so, this evening I plan on writing down what I will eat for the week. So no more excuses about being in a hurry and needing to eat whatever I can get my hands on.
Anyone else trying the low carb? If so, how're ye getting on? Anyone want to join me? Going to give it a good go for the month of November and see what results I get.

Hi, if you are going the route of low carb, I would recommend you have a look at the Dukan diet, it seems to work. Low carbs will also help with PCOS. Good luck with you diet.

Well, I'm kinda making it up myself a bit and going on the advice of others. Today my diet was as follows: Low fat natural yog, blueberries, strawberries and banana for breakfast. Apple and a coffee mid morning. Lunch was loads of salad and chicken breast, an orange and a cup of coffee mid afternoon. Omlette for dinner - (2 eggs, ham, onion, mushroom, tomoato and cheese) Was quite hungry this morning though but Im hoping thats cos my stomach was still stretched form my binging yesterday at my "last supper"!
What I hope to do is seriously cut down on bread/pasta/rice/potatoes. They are my downfall. Had none of these today and wont have ay tomorrow either. (A friend lost 7lbs in a week doing this!) I'm out for dinner at the weekend though but not going to do the dog on it.
