typical day on slimming world

I know there's already a thread on sw but I'm just wondering if you could tell me a typical GOOD day on slimmming world. Just to make sure I'm doing it right!

Hi rinkydinky

Mine would be fruit for breakfast with mullerlight, then grapes and mullerlight at about 10.30-11.00 then I'd have little baby potatoes with beans or spagetti and more fruit with mullerlight, then i'd have an apple or banana about 3.30, then either spagetti bolognese sw version or those sweet and sour uncle bens rice tops with chicken and more fruit and mullerlight after that, then a curly wurly and tea at night, the only syns that day is the curly wurly once i use my milk as my healthy extra a, other days i'd have branflakes for breakfast and syn them and have a sandwich at lunch as my healthy extra b, i don't eat veg so that's why i have loads of fruit, hope this helps :)

Breakfast - Hmm.... I'm really bad with taking breakfast :-8
10am - I'll have cup of tea with sweetner, an apple and an orange, maybe a mullerlight
1pm - A brown bread sandwich with chicken, lettuce, sweetcorn, tomato and cheese with fruit and mullerlight
3/4pm - another piece of fruit
7pm - Dinner - could be anything from Lasange, Mince & Spuds, Casserole, Chicken/Beef stir fry - there are loads of brilliant easy tasty recipes on the SW website
