Pulled muscle??

Has anyone pulled a muscle while spinning, iv had awful pains in back of one of my knees, thought it was clot, went to doctor who said iv pulled a muscle :o( :o( it hurts to walk, god damn it

Hi There,

I have just read your thread and was wondering how your knee is healing up? I've been teaching spinning for over six years now and just wanted to ask you, did you feel the acute pain in one split second during the clas or was it when you have cooled down?

i have lots of tips on achieving a good safe spinning class with minimal risk of injuries. I would gladly send them on to you. Also would you mind posting all the moves the instructor had you doing during the class?

hey,

Well i never got pain in class, i had weakness in them afterwards, but seem sound, if ya get me, i had a small lump and awful pain and doctor said i pulled muscle, knee seems ok am starting back now next week again for 8 weeks, i think my seat was too low for 2 classes and that i put too much pressure on them, in classes we done loads like going fast for 1 min den slow and back fast etc, classes each week is different, also when we strech(sp) afterwards that could of being problem if ya get me???
