30 Day Shred

Re: 30 Day Shred

Postby bondijunction » Mon Mar 26, 2022 7:54 pm

I bought this a few months back, done it once and never again! I am very very unfit. Was able to manage the easiest level but was tough enough!

Gonna try and get back into it tomorrow and give it a go. Wedding dress shopping Sat 2 weeks eek! Need to loose a stone and tone up. Arms are very jiggly!

Have just finished day 2 of level 1

My legs are in bits from yesterday but finding the short bursts fairly manageable and love the fact that its only 20 mins

Hey there

I have just finished day 5, but I had 2 days off in the last week, the second day due to AGONY and yesterday as I just didn't get the time. Its tough enough isn't it?

Have also been going for a long walk every afternoon pushing the double buggy, but no weight off yet. Have AF at the moment (first since new baby, ouch!!!!), so am hoping that is causing me to retain fluid (wishful thinking)

Hoping for good results!

Hey punky

Yeah it is tough going
Rough for you that 1st AF
Wouldnt worry about the actual number on the scales when you're starting off You're obviously getting loads of excercise in which in itself makes you retain water in your muscles and its tough going with 2 smallies too I'm presuming your baby is quite young 4 weeks or so so give yourself a chance

Yeah i found i was in pain after day 1 which made it hard to do day 2 but i did it and was in agony for the day but today i woke up feeling better than i had done the day before ( but still sore) So this morning i did day 3 and feel much better than yesterday If you can get to shower after it i think that helps (i know this can also be hard with smallies around so sometimes shower is not until bedtime for me anyway)

Im gonna keep at it anyway as i find the 20 mins a nice amount for a workout
Good luck Keep posting :)

Am going to do it now when DH gets home- DD2 had first set of vaccinations this morning and wouldnt settle in cot for me so she's here in her swing on the kitchen table :eek I think I would feel bad leaving her here to go in and do 30 day shred! Funny I noticed that my dress wasn;t as tight on me today as the last time I wore it, but I imagine thats due to lack of fluid retention rather than anything else.

Yes a 22 month age gap, crazy house here at the moment!!!

Well I'm on Day 9 I think. Still finding it hard, though have noticed a huge improvement since Day 1. Dreading moving up to level 2. Has anyone started that yet?
