Please dont laugh at me or give out but I am trying to put on weight.
I had an ectopic pregnacy in September and complictions after the surgery and lost over a stone.
I am normally a size 8-10 but now a 6-8 and feel thin.
I have put a bit of weight back on but need at least another half a stone to get back to my normal weight.
I have high cholesterol so chocolate is limited for me.
I struggle with cards will eat bread but not potatoes.
Really busy with work and less than 9 weeks to wedding so dont have time to take a half day and visit a dietician.
Any construcive advice welcome!

Hi Ciara,
Best thing to do here is drink the nutrient dense calories. Its much easier to add on weight this way to having to prepare meals. Here is what to do. (1) Take you weight at the same time each week before breakfast, same weighing scales also. (2) Go to a supplement shop and ask for a good weight gain formula. Look for the one that has the best "complex carbohydrate" calories and as little "simple carbohydrate" calories as possible. If Carbohydrate is not broken down into "simple" and "complex", then don't purchase it. ;-) (3) Read the label and take the RDA and finally (4) The next weigh in a week later... did you put on some weight? If not, the increase the RDA specified on the product. You have to be a little scientific here as you don't want to put up fat. Hope this helps. Please keep me posted on how you get on.
