Hi

Is anyone doing the tone it up plan? I found it on YouTube, basically it's two girls called karina and katrina, they are fitness coaches and nutritionists, they have a website www.toneitup.com and they have designed their own weight loss plan. I just started it and am looking for a few ideas for meal 4.
If anyone is on The plan I would love to hear from them. :wv
