Question for C25K people!!

How in the name of God did ye go from 10 minutes to 22 minutes in week 6, I'm having a heart attack even thinking about it :-8 I'm just so unfit at the moment, is it really possible from being a non runner not able to run 200m to being able to run 22minutes in 6 weeks??
