Slimming World - What are you eating today?

Hi girls,

I'm following the extra easy plan, red and green days are too complicated for my little brain!

I like to keep track of what I eat each day, so I thought we could share what we've eaten as we might get some inspiration for some new recipes or combinations.

Today's menu for me is:

Breakfast
Cherry Mullerlight with a chopped banana and half a melon

Lunch
2 Chicken legs with skin removed, a few Seafood sticks, corn on the cob.
Nectarine and a Pear.

Dinner
Home Made Burgers made with onion and garlic, Home Made chips, Wholemeal Roll (HE B) 30g Cheddar (HE A) and a big salad, also putting tomato, lettuce and onion in the burger.

Syns
Few dashes of Milk in tea, might have a cheeky tablespoon of Ketchup with my chips ;o)

Porridge HEB
Raspberries on top Superfree & Superspeed

Lunch
Chicken breast Free
10 Cashew nuts (not sure, 25g = 7 syns, so I am going with 5!!)
Rocket Free
Balsamic vinegar Free
Apple Superfree
Orange Superfree

Dinner
Chicken stirfry- chicken Free,
peppers, onion Superfree
Noodles Free

Coffee and milk throughout day is my HEA
Snacks- fruit and mullerlights

Had weetabix & full fat milk for brekkie (hebA&B), an apple, and grilled chicken salad in a pub for lunch, there was probably 400 million syns in the delicious honey & mustard dressing that laced it but it was yum! Having something with mince for dinner, either spag bol or chilli con carne. And my little toffee crisp of 8 syns for dessert!!

Breakfast
Wheetbix with milk (hexa&b)
Banana (superfree)

Lunch
Wholemeal bap with rocket(free) and lean chicken (free)
Need to syn bap when I get home O:|

Plum x 2 (superfree)

Dinner
Spag bol (superfree I think!)

Snack
Muller light (yum!!!)
Loads of water

hard to get my head around it after years of ww!

Sandwich - 2 slices of white bread, ham & grated cheese

Dinner
Yesterday's Lasange
Not made with extra lean mince as couldn't see any in Tesco.
Made with tins of chopped tomatos - not jars
But the white sause is made with butter, flower and milk... not to mention the packet of grated cheese on top...

Penne pasta with Tuna, Onions, Tomatoes, Beetroot, Sweetcorn, Cucumber

Dinner
I have college tonight so dinner with be a Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar, a Banana and a cup of tea!

Snacks
Satsuma, Pear, Nectarine, Coffee

Syns
I had a sneaky chocolate truffle earlier, think they're about 3 syns? Totally worth it!

2 satsumas

Lunch

1 banana, 2 kiwis + an apple with toffee Mullerlight

Not sure about the rest of the day yet but I have weigh in tonight so I'm done eating now until after that!

Breakfast:
Oats made with water (Healthy extra) with mixed berries (SF)
quarter of a melon (SF)

Lunch:
pasta tuna salad (free)
with tomato, lettuce, cucumber, peppers (SF) - some sort of fruit

tablesp of extra light mayo (syn)

Dinner... nothing bought yet. will pop to shop later. might do homemade burger as someone above suggested.. with salad and sweet potato chippies! NOM.

Milk for tea/coffee for other healthy extra

my friend brought over a box of lindt chocolate (my weakness) yesterday the b*tch. can't stop eating them

someone make me put them in the bin... PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what to have, I usually bring lunch to work with me but didn't have time to make anything last night.
Might go up to Supervalu and get some chicken drumsticks and just remove the skin.

Dinner
SW Diet Coke Chicken with salad, maybe some SW chips - depends how hungry I am!
