Calling all dropped-a-dress-size brides!

Hi ladies!

We're getting our health and fitness on this month (yes, we bought gym vouchers -we just have to buy some motivation to go with them!) and we're looking for brides to help us with some articles to inspire others.

We're looking for brides who dropped a dress size (or more!) and/or toned up a storm for their wedding day. If you fancy telling us how you did it, and/or want to show off your before and after pics, we'd love to hear from you!

All you have to do is send us a little email about what you did to get in shape for your big day, if you can include some specifics that would be great (your size or measurements)
