Motivate me please!!!!

ok, ive 15 weeks til the big day and was doing great with my weight loss. had 19lb down, was walking daily, doing the 30 day shred - then i hit a brick wall, just couldn't shift anymore and now i've totally lost all motivation...... :duh: i know in my head and my heart that i urgently need to get back on track (would like to loose a stone n a half) but i just seem to be gripped by a gremlin making me eat and slob around...any advise to kick start me again would be great - im totally fed up now, my dress is going to look dreadful :o(

i know it is very disheartening when u hit a brick wall and all of a sudden your weight comes to a stand still and won't budge!! i've been there i had lost 2 and a half stone and it wouldn't budge anymore and i only had one stone left to go and i gave up and boy do i regret it cause not i'm back having to loose 3 stone again :( Devastated! O:|

But what's helping me go is, thinking how good i feel after each work out, how i will finally feel comfortable in my skin, How good I will Look on the BIG day and not have to worry about wearing a bikini! Those are the things that pull me through when i just feel like giving up !!

Keep Calm and Loose the pounds

Keep Calm and Don't Binge!

Little "Keep Calm" methods i use :-8

You just have to really push yourself!! U may not be loosing weight but you are still working muscles and prob toning up !! ....I also think there are tablets u can get to help speed up your metabolism and they are natural aswell (so theres nothing crazy going into your system)

Just keep thinkin of you dress and how you want it to be perfect on you !!
And the fantastic compliments that will follow
"Omg you look great, you've lost so much weight"
Think how great it will be to be able to say "Yeah i lost X amount of weight"

BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD!!!!

The weight will start to fall again ! Don't fret!!

Thanks a mill - I'm starting to feel a bit more motivated now. I'm back exercising and I'm going to try and reduce my carbs to see if it helps. I weighed in this morning and had 2.5 up - was the kick up the bum I needed. Like you said I just have remember my dress and how good I will feel on the day, knowing that I tried my hardest and that I (hopefully) will look my best.
Why does it have to be such hard work?!! :)

Oh i know!!! i look at a chocolate bar and i gain a stone! haha!!

But we will battle on and we will concur our extra "cuddly" bits!!

I'm always here if u need someone to rant/complain too !!
