week 5 - 19/04/2022 = -2lbs :wink: = 11st 7lbs (14lbs to goal)
week 6 - 26/04/2022 = +1lb :evil: = 11st 8llbs (15lbs to goal) was so disapointed cos i wasn't that bad to have put on a lb extra walks for me this week so !
week 7 - 03/05/2022 = -.5lb :shock: = 11st 7.5lbs(14.5lbs to goal) phew was very lucky could have easily been in the + direction
week 8 - 10/05/2022 = -1lb :lol: = 11st 6.5lbs(13.5lbs to goal)
week 9 - 17/05/2022 = missed class :oops:
week 10 - 24/05/2005= +.5lb :? = 11st 7lbs(14lbs to goal) could have been a lot worse :!:

= 11st 3.5lbs(10.5lbs to goal) delighted hopefully i won't go up this week as i have a hen night on saturday

week 16 - 05/07/2022 = -1.5lbs :P = 11st 3lbs (10lbs to goal) delighted as i'm going on holidays on saturday :!: Will probably undo alot of the good work i've done so far ah well :wink:

week 18 - 19/07/2022 = +3lbs :oops: =11st 6lbs (13lbs to goal) looks like i enjoyed my holidays a little bit too much :!: oh well
