Any reports on this band? Any threads on them are a couple of years old....

Hi B2b,
We were interested in this band also for our wedding but lik ye we couldn't find any up to date reviews on them so we went to see them playing ata wedding a few weeks back, we were very disappointed to be honest, the drummer looked really disinterested like he didn't want to be there (and chewing gum throughout) and the singing was just ok, they didn't even have lights on the stage with them, also the dj was set up and it seemed to only be a computer.....we can put our iPod on shuffle if that's all it takes!
Everyone has differient taste but they were not for us as we've seen better.

We went to see them and thought they were okay. Also saw the Marvels and Shine. Dunno what to do really. Also considering the Boogie Band.

I feel I should be saying "hell ya, that's the band!!" but I ain't :zzzz:

Any other recommendations??

Heard a great band at a wedding at a friends wedding last week. Spoke to them after as I think they could be the band for us even though we dont have a date set yet. They were called the Lovebugs. Full of energy great singers and were lovely to speak to. Everyone seemed to enjoy the night. Their website is thelovebugsband.com.

Hey,
I dont have any other recommendations as they were the only band we have been to see...need to get cracking on going to see a few!
the night we went to view our hotel we both thought the band were fantastic and asked who it was....turns out it was simon casey (the guy from irelands got talent) or what ever that was called :hic
He was brill , expensive thou wen we priced him and he is a typical man and shocking at answering his phone or replying to emails haha >:o(
hope you get some good advice on bands as ill be keeping an eye out too :o)ll
