I just found out we have got our planning, so excited !!!!!!!!!! O-O Its taken so long I thought it would never happen!!! Mortgage next :eek :eek

Congrats! Super jealous! How long did it take? And what part of country are U in?

We just withdrew ours this week as we would have been refused! Meeting with senior planners in 2weeks!
