Inis Oírr .... we had trad musicians and had this played on Uileann Pipes & Guitar. It's a traditional Irish wedding march from the Aran Islands (as the name suggests). Loved it because it was so different.

SIL had Gabriel's Oboe from the Mission. A friend had Canon in D by Pachelbel. Both lovely pieces if you want something more classic.

We had Jesu Joy of Man's desiring. It was actually played on Lyric today! Nice little memory. Bach has a few nice pieces you might like: Sleeper's awake or Sheep may safely graze are both beautiful.
Canon in D is also beautiful.
Some of Vivaldis The Four Seasons are lovely.
Any of O'Carolans....
