le creuset pots - receipes??

Hello newly weds,
We got 2 le creuset pots, a round one and a bigger oval one, just wondering if any of you have any good receipes for cooking in them.
i have a slow cooker and make some stews in them but they turn out just okay, nothing special... hoping i could do better with these - but i need inspiration - thanks :thnk

I haven't got the Le Creuset range - just the normal casserole pots and I cook EVERYTHING in them!

Mince & Diced Beef are oh so much nicer done in the casserole dish in the oven than in the slow cooker or hob! And theres no watching it - I pop it into the oven and forget about it for 2 hours!!

I also make my bolognese in the casserole dish and the nicest chicken curry... all in the casserole dish in the oven and its all so easy. I can tell you what I do if you want..
