Well a set of cufflinks are always a safe bet for the poor oul dads or a nice penknife or something? We got our mams a really nice chain with two little rings on it to remind them of the wedding but a charm bracelet with a wedding charm to start them off would be lovely aswell.. For your maid of honor what about something from one of the newbridge collections, they have some gorgeous earrings and bracelets at the moment that i bought for a friend recently (from the grace kelly collection) and shes saving them to wear at her own wedding she loved them so much...I'm at a loss for the kids im afraid. Hope thats some help :wv

I gave my bridesmaid a pair earrings to wear on the day. I asked her what she would like and then went with that. No point in giving something that isn't going to be used. Then flowers for mams. Though this is so borring....I didn't want to but didn't know what else to give. Who says it has to be flowers, what about a gift voucher to get hair done, or a meal voucher for both sets of parents??? Pageboys??? they won't care....toys. No kid wants a sentimental reminder...they want toys

We had our wedding abroad also and were faced with the same issue!!

We got the Dads & Groomsmen new shoes & personalised socks aswell as Jameson hipflask (we are from Cork!!).

We got the mothers a personalised handkerchief with poem & date as a keep sake (although my mum used hers!!!) and then gave them beautiful parent albums (same as our own) when we returned.

For the BM I got them, well what didn't I get them!!! I made them up little tote bags with all their essentials for travelling aswell as personalised bathrobes & slippers for getting ready on the morning, their jewellery & accessories, little keepsakes like photoframes etc.... they were really cute.

Bought them as separates Rainbow and made them myself. I got 100% cotton robes because I thought anything heavier would be overwhelming in the heat on the morning and ordered transfers from "A Bit of Bling" an ebay seller and just ironed them on, they are lovely and I still wear mine haha!!!

I've just seen lovely pocketwatches on ebay - You can get them personalised.

Also seen lovely pocket watches with an old irish penny incorporated... might be nice for the dad's who'd remember them!

Where did you get your parent's albums or did your photographer supply them?

They were a replica of our own that our photographer did as part of our package, they were over the moon with them.

But I made an album online for my hubbys granny which was lovely - granted not as impressive but lovely all the same!
