Mrs. K. Re: Sherry Fitz and your presumption that you should be treated better, as you are the "customer".....You are not their customer or client. The developer/builder is...he/she is paying their commission, so as far as they are concerned they can be as aloof and non-helpful as they like.

I come across this a lot with the bigger agents..most of them don't know what it is like to work in a market where they need to look after the purchaser. After all, one day you may want to sell your home and then see them grovel!!!!

I disagree, if they are employed by the builder/developer to sell on their behalf then I am their customer during the initial transaction. I agree that once they get their commission thats it, but for such a large well established company they are very unprofessional.

If I was selling a house I would go through Flynn, they get the best prices!!
