We are delighted to announce Castleknock Hotel & Country Club as the Wedding Venue of the Month for September 2012!

Set just outside Castleknock village, and in close proximity to the Strawberry Beds and the Phoenix Park, Castleknock Hotel & Country Club is a contemporary alternative to the traditional hotel venue. The hotel offers a choice of wedding rooms for your big day; the larger Phoenix Suite for up to 406 guests, the Sierra Hawthorn Suite for up to 130 guests or the more intimate Park Restaurant for up to 70 guests. The candle-filled Castleknock Suite is perfect for civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 120 guests. It features a small balcony in front of the ceremonial table which overlooks the local countryside and lake.

Castleknock Hotel & Country Club has a number of key strengths that tick most couple's checklists. There are two bars inside the main ballroom and an adjacent smoking terrace so that you maintain a great atmosphere and don’t lose your guests throughout the night. Mood lighting and chair covers create an elegant ambience and the flexible layout of the room allows for various setups. In addition, St. Mochtas church in Porterstown, located just 700 metres from the hotel, is one of the most picturesque churches in Dublin and is extremely popular for weddings.
