I just cant believe the time is going soooo quick! Im so relaxed at the moment it actually scares me.. Friends tell me im so laid back about it, i dont know if thats a good thing or not?

Have another make up trial tomorrow cos last 2 werent great, hoping i like this one! 2nd Hair trial next wk too.. Tried on my dress again last night and felt so happy in it. :o0

Bringing page boys in tomorrow to get their outfits finished off and then have to get paper for my mass scrolls.

Pretty much on top of everything, starting to finalise numbers, seating plans etc. Need to contact photographer next wk and a few others but apart from that I dont know what else I should be doing? I hope in the week leading up to the wedding I dont have a panic attack and realise ive loads to actually do that i just forgot about or put off til the last minute :ooh

cant wait for the day now though :lvs

I could have written your post Clariemc29. I'm the same - very relaxed and just looking forward to it - and wondering if there's anything I can be doing. There doesn't seem to be much and I do worry I'll discover something major I've forgotten closer to the time and start to panic but hopefully it will all be this relaxed coming up to it!!!

Really looking forward to it. Everything is done to be honest...just need to meet florist, collect dress & suits, honeymoon shopping & appointments on the week!
TBH I'm rather delighted with myself as I was scared after seeing SIL very stressed a few years ago & we swore we ouldn't leave things to the last minute like they did, oh the tears were onreal!

on the whole RSVP thing - all of mine are back BUT h2b's awkward relations are the ones he will be chasing next weekend.
And one of the readers of the prayers of faithful, can't make it, reasons beyond his control...we've the booklets long printed with his name on it :duh:

it'll be grand! No point in stressing or bothering to worry about it

Am afraid this is going to happen to us now too. Are you going to manually change the name? I'm not sure what to do because if the new person who's readin for us's name isn't on it, they might be insulted. I'd like to have their name on it...

No i'm not going change anything, I really don't fancy taking apart the mass booklets. Will just get the person before the missing person to read it, not replacing them.

Had my first fitting on Saturday. Seamstress said I have to lose an inch before next fitting June 6th :o(

Replys for invites are coming back,I must admit Im a bit surprized as thought they would be a bit slower!Will always have a few to follow up Im sure!

Loads still to do,the weeks are flying,feel as if Im forgetting things even though Ive a list done and my mother has a book withs lists in it!

Can I add myself to your list ladies - we get married June 23rd - its all getting very real now isn't it!
Our invites went out last week and only a handful have of RSVP's have come back so far. Really disappointed with An Post though - some of our invites were returned in an awful state and others had half the RSVP cards missing when guests actually got them! Gonna have to starting ringing round in a few weeks to check if those who haven't replied yet actually got theirs but sure if thats the only thing that goes wrong then alls good! Still quite relaxed yet but really looking forward to these last few weeks of excitement!

I actually can't believe we are down to 29 days. 29 days sounds a lot less than 4 weeks!!

ha i think i'm a bit too organised...there is probably loads i've forgotten!

I still have to collect my dress...there was a bit of a mix up and my dress isn't going to be ready until next saturday..a week to the wedding!! I've very worried about it but there's not much i can do!

Buttercup, now we can say we are getting married NEXT WEEK!!! Scary or what????

Starting to wake up during the night thinking of things I have to do and trying to picture it all in my head... excitement really starting to kick in too, i just hope the weather picks up a little bit, unfortunately thats the only thing we can organise or predict :hyper:
