Girls, am in the middle of organising a hen for the most difficult bride in the world and I need your help, i have got a good price for 30 hens in the Tower hotel incl a meal but am really not sure where to go after the tower. Was thinking of having a meal in the restaurant sat evening and then heading into town but am really not familiar with where to go that wil suit the group aged 18-70! (that being said the 70 year olds are the craziest!!) Bride says she does not want themes, fuss or activities organisedfor that day but i dont want everyone to be bored or not have a good time.Its in November, i have heard mention of Dignity bar but am mixed on that one as i want everyone to be able to chat and have a good time. I was going to organise party bags for the meal that everyone will get a little gift bag with a badge sash and few trinkets. I might get a veil and few bits for bride but she doesnt want anything too much. Ive also asked everyone to give me a pic of them and the bride with their deposit and was going to make a little scrap book for her. I know this should really be posted in H&stage but nobody there can help. Any ideas??

Sinnotts has just opened and with the hen night being a saturday then it'll be 80's 90's and 00's so that will suit everyone, it's over 21s and free in, maybe give them a ring to reserve an area and it's within walking distance from the tower, dignity is ok but abit played out at this stage, always loads of other hens in there and it maybe a bit too much if your hen doesn't want any fuss. The ideas you have so far are great not too over the top but yet your marking the occasion and the idea of putting the scrap book together is great. Are yee coming to the Waterford early the saturday is it, then out that night?

Hi Crystal, ive since spoken to the kaz bar and booked a spot in there for around 9 in teh middle cocktail bar part. Would that be an ok pub that we could spend time in it for the night or would we end up moving to somewhere with better music or livelier? Or maybe would we be better going to sinnots for a bit and then to the kaz? We are getting the train down from carlow meeting in teh tower hotel maybe around 4 ish.. and then sitting for dinner at 6 and then to our pub of choice!

No that's perfect, you don't have to plan anything that day so, if your planning the dinner for 6, just gives people enough time to get ready, yee could stay there for the night if you liked, as they have a third floor that has live bands or you could stay in the middle bar as yee will have seats and yee will hear the music perfectly from downstairs, but at least you still have the option to go to Sinnotts after if ye wanted something different. But you may not be able to reserve an area that late.
