Nutty Recipe Needed

We have a baking competition in our office. This time it is 'Nuts about Winter' so it has to be nutty and wintery themed. I really want to win this time, partly due to my competitive nature and partly due to the fact that I'm still feeling petty and pretty annoyed at my colleague re the job interview.

Anywho's. He is baking a pecan pie and I need your help with recipes that kick Ass. It can't really be anything chilled or warm as I'll be bringing it in to work in the morning but it won't be ate for a few hours. (It can be kept in the fridge at work, but might be moved about)

When I had the bright Idea of doing my own wedding cake (an idea I've since abandoned cos its too much hassle) I made a chocolate biscuit cake with nuts. The recipe is on the odlums website and you could try add some cranberries more nuts and maybe some white choc chunks? The one I made was absolutely divine. I'll definitely be making it again over Chrismas.
