I have got into a bad sleeping pattern. I was sleeping in really late every day so going to bed early morning instead. Partly bad habit and partly because of hubby's working routine. Have to reverse it though as working at 3pm on thursday so need to be in form. I can't believe how much I managed to eat on Saturday night. I went to class/weigh in tonight and was down a pound which was beyond belief. I don't know whether to be glad or not as have only gained a half pound of pregnancy weight so far. it might all pile on in the last few months though so I will be glad for now.

Ah hope you get back into your routine soon. Good to see your appetite is getting better though, mine is too. I'm not going anywhere near a weighing scales!! If the nurse needs to see what I weight so be it but I dont want to know!!
